		<description>Dear Marie,

You may need to varnish your oil paintings for presentation or protect them from dust or other particles. Oil in the paints seeps into the canvas leaving uneven shines with time. Damar varnish can be applied only after one year of finishing the oil painting as specified. However, 6 months can be enough time to apply it or even 3 months (if you are in a hurry). Damar varnish dries in 10 minutes and it only needs a new clean brush to apply.
