Karrie on Canvas – Abstract Floral Painting Demonstration

Here is another full episode of the program “Karrie on Canvas” with artist Karrie Evenson. In this episode, Karrie demonstrates her loose and spontaneous techniques by creating an abstract floral piece in acrylics. I really enjoy Karrie’s style as she teaches you to just let go and enjoy yourself.

A big thanks to the folks over at Jones Television for sharing this video. You can see more of the great programming over at their YouTube Channel Here.

Curious what brand of brushes you are using. I have had some trouble finding large/extra large brushes for acrylics.

Karrie, You are really free with your artistic expression!
I am going to give it a try, but I may be a bit slow at first. You have taught me to take the worry out of it!
    Thanks for the lesson. Medusa

I love karrie on canvas– helped me so much– I paint fast — needed the lessons on shading–keep in touch on new posts– love love her style–it’s mine too but she knows what to tweak –I started painting at 62, now I’m 68 and hate I waited so long to do this!
