“I am trying to paint water rings like you would see if you dropped a pebble in water and am having a difficult time finding any teaching on this. I have a water “mound” in the center of the water rings. I am painting on a 4×8 foot mdf using acrylic paint. Thanks for your help.”

“Prismacolor colored pencils have a variety of greys that are various values and various shades of grey (or gray). I understand that one would use a cool gray on a cool object such as metal, and probably a warm gray on a portrait (?), and a slate gray for water perhaps. However, that’s about the limit of my understanding. Please explain the temperatures and also when one would use the French grays.”

“I love drawing with inks ,but I want to know how should i prepare my canvas ,i used gesso,and when it dried I used PITT artist pen and micron but my pens got ruined in less than an hour !Is there other material I can use because I dont want to draw on paper and frame my drawings ,thats why I tried on a canvas”
