More Details About this Painting: I am new to painting — it’s only the last year, since I took brushes and started to experiment with watercolors, which I just fell in love with. A couple of years ago traveling around Central Asia I took a photo of this old man who sold red hot pepper on a street market in a hot summer day. Using the photo as a reference I made this painting. I’d like to hear what do you think about it. Thank you all for having a look and for comments.

Olga, I think you are doing great, specially considering that you started only one year ago. I have almost same story, same love, and I wish you good luck and fast progress.

Hi
Well for someone new to painting I think you have done an excellent job. Your use of colour is gorgeous, I have triend watercolour and it really is difficult so well done. Keep it up and hopefully we will see some more of your work

I like it very much. Simple but well balanced. We can feel the texture of the clothes.
Well done.
Congratulations

Lovely use of color. You have created a sense of movement that is very pleasing. I like that there is an area for the eye to rest and that you varied the hard and soft lines to create balance. You are talented! Keep traveling and painting the wonderful things that you find. Thank you for sharing this piece with us.
