Hi Barbara,
You did a beautiful job with the color in this painting…Proud Peacock! I especially like the way that you faded the feathers as they go off the lower right hand corner of the page.
The green shape in back of the peacock bothers me a bit. Maybe it is because the edges are very sharp and exact, and therefore bring this shape forward or standing upright. By softening some of those edges, along with some of the edges in the peacock’s long neck, you would give the feeling of soft feathers, as you so nicely did with those tail feathers.
